SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $150

We offer FREE shipping to the Continental US (free shipping does not include Alaska and Hawaii or the U.S. Territories) for orders of $150 or more.

 

Certain overweight and oversize items (Completed Bicycles, Frames, and Wheelsets as an example), are excluded. This is noted in the product descriptions of these items.

 

If you choose a faster delivery method, like UPS 2-Day, we also pay a portion of that shipping charge, and we offer great rates on 3-Day shipping. Our goal is to keep all your shipping costs as low as possible.

ORDERS ARE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY WE RECEIVE THEM

Our website uses a real-time inventory management system and the products on our site are in stock in our warehouse and ready for immediate shipment. Domestic orders received before 3:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday (except holidays) ship the same day. APO/FPO and International orders ship USPS and often require customs paperwork to be completed that may delay shipment by one business day. At this time we do not ship internationally.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Satisfaction Guarantee

You may return most "new" items sold by Theservicecoursecloset.com (TSCC) within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Item(s) must be in new unused condition with all of the original packaging and labels intact.

This does not apply to complete bicycles. Complete bicycles may be exchanged only if defective. The exchange must be completed within 30 days of delivery. FOR VELOTRIC RETURN POLICY PLEASE SEE THE VELOTRIC PRODUCT PAGE FOR POLICY DETAILS.

Pre-owned Returned Bicycles, Framesets and Wheels receive store credit only (less return shipping label cost), unless product is determined defective.

 

You are required to pay the return shipping cost to us . Cost of return shipping will be the exact public rate available on the UPS/FedEx website, which will be deducted from your refund. We add no "handling" charge.

Exception, we will pay the return shipping cost if you are returning the item(s) as a result of our error or if the product is received defective or broken.

If any item you order arrives damaged we will arrange for a shipper to pick up the item(s) and we'll send replacement(s) at NO COST TO YOU.
